THE PINK JEEP ATL
Terms of Service.
Effective October 4, 2026
These terms explain how our services work and what clients can expect. Please review them together with our Booking Policies and any service agreement provided for your booking.
1. Our services
The Pink Jeep ATL provides the Jeep primarily as a stationary photo, video, event, and content prop. It is not a self-drive rental or a passenger transportation or chauffeur service. Only The Pink Jeep ATL or a Company-authorized driver may operate or reposition the Jeep. Any movement between approved photo locations must be confirmed in writing.
2. Booking requests and confirmation
Submitting a website request does not reserve a date or confirm a service. Availability, location, duration, services, and pricing are confirmed directly in writing. A $50 non-refundable deposit is applied toward the total booking fee, unless a different amount is agreed to in writing. If a service agreement is required for your booking, the signed agreement must also be received before the booking is fully secured. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
3. Booking policies
Our Booking Policies explain deposits, final payment, cancellations, no-shows, rescheduling, abandoned bookings, weather, travel, and damage responsibility. Please review those policies before paying a deposit. They apply as provided or agreed to at the time of your booking, subject to any specific written agreement and applicable law.
4. Travel, locations, and additional fees
Travel, parking, tolls, additional locations, waiting time, extended sessions, and other accommodations may result in additional fees. Fees will be communicated before the additional service is confirmed. Relocation, route changes, and additional services require advance approval and are subject to availability. Clients are responsible for venue or parking charges not included in the written quote.
5. Reserved time and client delays
Booked time begins at the confirmed start time. Delays caused by the client, guests, photographers, venues, or other members of the client’s party do not automatically extend the session. Additional time must be approved, is subject to availability, and may result in additional charges.
6. Vehicle care and permitted use
Clients and guests must treat the Jeep and provided accessories with care. Standing, climbing, sitting on the hood or roof, hanging from doors, smoking, open flames, glitter, confetti, paint, adhesives, sharp objects, food, drinks, and other potentially damaging materials on or inside the Jeep require prior written approval. Clients may be responsible for reasonable cleaning, repair, or replacement costs resulting from misuse, negligence, or violation of their service agreement.
7. Safety, supervision, and venue access
Clients and guests must follow reasonable instructions concerning positioning, access, and use of the Jeep. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult. Clients are responsible for obtaining required venue, property-owner, photography, parking, or event permissions and providing safe and lawful access. The Pink Jeep ATL may stop or modify an activity that could damage the vehicle, violate venue rules or law, or create an unsafe condition.
8. Unsafe conditions and service interruptions
Severe weather, unsafe roads, mechanical issues, venue restrictions, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may prevent safe service. We will communicate with the client and work in good faith to arrange an appropriate rescheduled date. Deposit transfers and other payment treatment will follow the applicable Booking Policies, signed service agreement, and any rights required by law.
9. Conduct and early termination
The Pink Jeep ATL may end service if clients or guests engage in threatening, abusive, illegal, reckless, or materially damaging conduct, or repeatedly refuse reasonable safety instructions. Payment treatment will depend on the circumstances, services already provided, the applicable written agreement, and applicable law.
10. Photography and promotional permission
Clients may photograph and record the Jeep for personal or commercial content consistent with their booked service. Photography services are separate unless included in the written quote. The Pink Jeep ATL will not use identifiable images of clients or guests for its own marketing without permission. A booking does not automatically grant permission to use someone’s identifiable image for marketing.
11. Personal belongings
Clients and guests are responsible for their phones, cameras, clothing, accessories, and other belongings. The Pink Jeep ATL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal property except to the extent required by applicable law.
12. Written agreements and changes
The person signing the service agreement must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into it. Your signed service agreement and written invoice or booking confirmation contain the specific terms for your booking. These website terms supplement those documents and do not replace them. Any specific written terms agreed to for your booking govern where they differ from these general terms, subject to applicable law. Material changes to dates, times, locations, services, or price must be confirmed in writing.
13. Applicable law and protected rights
These terms are subject to applicable Georgia law and any other law that applies to the transaction. Nothing on this page waives a right, protection, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be waived. Any cancellation or refund right required by law applies regardless of a general non-refundable-deposit policy. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
14. Updates and questions
We may update these terms as our business develops. Updates do not automatically change the terms already agreed to for an existing booking. The terms provided or agreed to when you book apply to that booking. Please contact The Pink Jeep ATL with questions before paying your deposit.
