Booking & Deposit Policy
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date and time with The Pink Jeep ATL.
The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your booking. Your date and time are not considered secured until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled booking.
If the remaining balance is not received by the deadline, The Pink Jeep ATL reserves the right to cancel the booking and release the reserved date and time. The deposit will remain non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. Clients are permitted one reschedule when at least 72 hours’ notice is provided before the original booking.
The original $50 deposit will transfer to the new date.
The rescheduled booking must take place within 30 days of the original booking date, subject to availability.
Any additional rescheduling requests after the first reschedule will require a new $50 non-refundable deposit to secure another date.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice may be treated as a cancellation and may require a new deposit to book another date.
No Response / Abandoned Booking Policy
If a client requests to reschedule but does not confirm a new date or stops responding, the client will have 7 days to communicate with The Pink Jeep ATL and select a new date.
If there is no response or new date selected within 7 days, the booking will be considered abandoned.
The original deposit will be forfeited, the reserved date will be released, and a new $50 deposit will be required to make a future booking.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
If a client cancels their booking, the $50 deposit will not be refunded.
Failure to arrive for a scheduled booking without prior communication will be considered a no-show. The deposit and any applicable payments may be forfeited, and a new booking and deposit will be required for future service.
Final Payment Policy
The remaining balance for all bookings must be paid at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking.
Bookings with an unpaid balance after the payment deadline may be canceled and the date released to another client.
Travel, Location Changes & Special Requests
The Pink Jeep ATL is primarily offered as a stationary photo, video, event, and content prop.
Travel outside the included service area, multiple locations, transportation between locations, extended booking time, or other special accommodations may result in additional fees.
Any applicable fees will be communicated to the client before the service is confirmed.
Clients are not permitted to drive the Jeep unless The Pink Jeep ATL expressly authorizes otherwise in writing.
Weather, Safety & Vehicle Availability
Client cancellations due to weather remain subject to the standard cancellation and rescheduling policies unless otherwise agreed upon by The Pink Jeep ATL.
If severe weather, unsafe conditions, an unexpected vehicle issue, emergency, or another circumstance outside the reasonable control of The Pink Jeep ATL prevents the service from being safely provided, The Pink Jeep ATL may reschedule the booking.
In those circumstances, the client’s existing deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled date.
Damage & Client Responsibility
Clients and their guests are expected to treat the Jeep and any provided accessories with care.
Clients may be held financially responsible for damage caused by the client, their guests, photographer, videographer, event attendees, or other members of their party during the reserved session.
Any applicable damage charges will be based on the reasonable cost of cleaning, repair, or replacement.
A separate service agreement may be required to be signed before the booking.
Policy Acknowledgment
By submitting a deposit and booking with The Pink Jeep ATL, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to the applicable booking, payment, cancellation, and rescheduling policies.
These policies are intended to serve as the business and contractual terms of The Pink Jeep ATL and do not waive any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable Georgia law.
The Pink Jeep ATL reserves the right to update its policies as the business grows. Policies applicable to a booking will be those provided or agreed to at the time of booking.
